Since your team is a low star, it really doesnt show any indication of your teams hitting ability.

You could easily get a 3 or 4* team with no batting skills at all, or you could get a 3-4* with fairly decent hitting skill and no running, throwing or catching skills. Or you could get a team somewhere in the middle (which is where I would guess your team would be).

Just keep what your doing, put them in the contact cage abit more and you'll be right

It all depends... like the guy above me said...

If you're only training it bat power you could be hitting over 300 ft constantly.

If you're not training batting at all, you might not even be able to hit it at all.

Just depends on what you do...

Also remember,

If you dont have enough contact skill.. the power cage wont do you any good.. you'll only gain contact.. enough until you're to the point where you can consistently make contact..

I always wait until im to at least 80% in the contact cage before I even think about using the power cage. Once you get to such a point.. you can usually stick with the power cage for most of your offensive training anyway.
