Hey all...to easily keep track of my training distribution, I train twice a day (every 12 hours). I haven't noticed that the players gain any less this way, but maybe I'm not keeping track well enough.

Has anyone noticed greater OVERALL gains when training every 24 or 48 hours as opposed to what I'm doing? Or is the "double gains" everyone talks about on a full pie just a myth???

Thanks

I use to train 24 huor pies.. I went from getting say +3 or 4 in certian skills to +9 or 10.. so I actually believe that yuo get better gains with 48 hour pies <vs> 24.

Word of warning though.. training twice daily may be causing you to LOSE skill faster.. i believe you lose some skill each time the trainer is opened.. thats just my own personal belief though.

I believe that when you factor in skill loss ... your gains are similar for 12 - 24 - 48 hours and even the 72 hours I've been pulling lately. It might just be me, but my little guys like consistency - so whatever schedule you are on, stick to it best you can!

My instinct is to agree with you, Martin. If you factor in skill loss (there will be more skill lost over 48 hours, and thus more need for skill gain), I feel that the training gains are identical regardless of 12, 24 or 48.

As for losing skill every time you open the trainer, all I can say is that I am always at my peak on the sort list (8* at this point) exactly 12 hours after training. This is always true for me. So maybe there's something to this?

I always liked training 24 hr schedule. But my belief is this, each player loses skills differently, so they need to be trained accordingly to maintain a higher lvl of skills. The actual theory behind the 12 - 24 - 48 hr schedules, I can't clarify if its true or not, but I believe you ultimately gain more from the 24 hr schedule, because alot of times, the skill gained, varies, where I usually would have gotten more pie training twice in that 48 hours, than I did on that one full pie.

I dont think anyone will ever know.

i am just starting a 48 hour schedule, too many teams again, with bench training for most of them on the odd day,

i would love a good schedule to measure mine against on the 48 hour pie if you have one to share

nothing matters you train your team you will gain if you dont you will loose skill. Twice a day means you will just lose skill over night.
