okay i have been training my team in pitching for 3 weeks now. I have been told you train intill your list says in order numbers 1-12, because that means everyone is maxed out even, but im not super close to that. How far do i take this training i feel like i should be almost done but idk. here are todays gains, and they are pretty high i think

Some players will "SuperMax", and your sort list might look something like this:
5
6
1
2
3
4
7
8
10
12
9
11

In this case, you know 9 and 11 aren't quiet there, but 5 and 6 are probably "SuperMaxed". Another good way to tell how close they are is their pitch speed, which would be between 108-112 when pitch and throw is maxed.

SuperMaxing is good (the pitch speed might go up to 113 or more), but if you are trying to track skill loss, it might help to have them all at the regular max. I would wait a couple days and max them again in hopes that they'll all be at the same level. But don't forget who SuperMaxed, because a guy who frequently SuperMaxes could be something special.

so i probablly need to try and get a SCR, and not train with FPS up right?

A SCR wouldn't hurt. I don't know much about FPS.

If you want to know how close they are to maxing, look at the pitch speed. When you're trying to get the whole team maxed, 112 is kind of your target speed. Once they're up around 108-112, then make sure the sort list is in order.

Edit: If you train with ST, you won't see pitch speed. DT will tell you pitch speed. Use free DT Friday to check that. A SCR won't tell you pitch speed.
